Tami Humphrey and Chad Aronson founded Fostr Property Management in response to their clients’ evolving needs and in light of a complex market here in Los Angeles. The leaders of Team Tami, a dynamic sales team nestled in the sought after community of Playa Vista, have also been trusted with leasing 100s of properties over the years. When their client's asked about referring a property manager, they always had trouble finding a company that provides the service and care that they insist upon for their own client's. Fostr Property Management was established in commitment to helping their clients achieve their real estate goals on a continuum. Fostr provides a full service property management solution for both local and international investors with properties from the South Bay and throughout West LA.  
 

Fostr is built to serve landlords and tenants at an elevated level. At Fostr, we prioritize communication and building relationships, plus we have systems and software in place to properly serve our landlords and tenants with peace of mind. We Fostr every property as if it were our own investment property. We specialize in luxury condos and single family homes throughout Playa Vista, Playa Del Rey, Westchester, Culver City, Marina Del Rey and El Segundo.
