Fostr Property Management was founded by Tami Humphrey and Chad Aronson, who also own and operate Team Tami, which specializes in residential sales in Silicon Beach. Since 2006, Tami and Chad have been helping their clients lease homes throughout Silicon Beach, building a reputation for exceptional client care and results.

As property investors themselves, owning rental properties both in Silicon Beach and beyond California, Tami and Chad bring firsthand experience to every aspect of Fostr's operations. Their out-of-market ownership experience gives them unique insight into the challenges faced by property owners who live outside the area- from the anxiety of not being able to drive by your property, to the need for a responsive partner who truly understands what it means to manage an investment from afar. This real-world understanding of both local and remote ownership has been instrumental in shaping a property management company built on genuine investor insight, not just industry theory.

Over the years, their clients increasingly requested referrals for property management services. Unfortunately, the property management companies they referred didn't provide the level of service their clients expected or deserved. This gap between expectation and reality led to the founding of Fostr Property Management.

Fostr was developed specifically for landlords who fit their existing client base: owners of single-family homes, condos, and townhomes in Silicon Beach (Playa Vista, Playa del Rey, Westchester, Marina del Rey, Culver City, and Mar Vista) who needed a hands-on, communication-centered service to maintain their homes and maximize returns from their investments.

Our focus centers around finding and vetting well-qualified tenants, implementing proactive maintenance programs, providing real-time financial reporting and monthly updates, and being a dependable property management partner you can trust. The service has proven to be exceptionally well-received.

Fostr has deliberately chosen to maintain its focus on landlords with single-family properties, condos, and townhomes rather than expanding into multifamily and apartment buildings. We've also chosen to keep our service area concentrated in Silicon Beach. This intentional focus allows us to maintain the high level of personalized service that sets us apart.
